I bought the discovery set on a total whim & I’m so happy I took the leap. Not only does it fit my preference of woman owned & Aussie brand , but the quality of the fragrances is really impressive. Really generous sample sizes too, possible to get a good few wears - which I have done with my three favourites; lost wanderer, mithai & horn ok please. I won’t comment on the other two in the set, as they are not my style but will be passed on to others in my life who prefer lighter, fresher more watery notes. As for the spicy trio I prefer, each is sexy, deep, woodsy & spicy in its own way. The novel Sandalwood replacement in HOP is really interesting; different to traditional sandalwood, but still hits the same creamy woody satisfying notes. LW is full of clove & warmth. Mithai has a touch more sweetness, some vanilla & might be the most sexy/sensual of the three. All three have been perfect to trial in Melbourne winter, & the base notes are stuck in my cashmere sweaters in a **very desirable way. Overall great balance , projection & longevity. I’m definitely getting the Indian vignettes & inspirations come through, in a way that is poetic & complex rather than reductive. Overall I think it was a lot of fun for a generous trial at a very fair price. Now I am just left having to decide which one to purchase as a full bottle! I am looking forward to following this beautiful Aussie brand & trying anything new she dreams up.
Good quality of atomisers and good sample size, wish there’s some credit for full bottle order.
I love the scents, the stories and the brand. I'm just starting my perfume journey and I'm so glad I found PEOSYM, already ordered my first full bottle and I know it won't be my last.
Tried the Peosym discovery set and genuinely loved how thoughtful and immersive the entire experience felt. Lost Wonderer and Nirmohee were instant favourites for me - Lost Wonderer felt dreamy and transportive, while Nirmohee carried a beautifully grounding softness that lingered throughout the day. Both were incredibly wearable while still feeling distinctive, artistic, and full of character. That said, every fragrance in the set felt intentional and uniquely composed; I honestly found myself wishing I could own them all.
There’s something truly special about a fragrance house that doesn’t simply create perfumes, but weaves story, identity, and emotion into every scent. The discovery set felt deeply personal, artistic, and rooted in culture and storytelling in a way that made the experience memorable beyond just the fragrances themselves. Peosym feels less like a perfume brand and more like an emotional, creative journey told through scent.
The scents are beautiful and complex, ranging from light and uplifting to heavier and spiced. I would compare the different in scent profiles from Nimohee to Gullal to be like the difference between a Fresh Splice on a hot summers day when the sun is beating down on your face, to the the sensation of breaking open a freshly baked spiced cardamom bun right after it has come out of the oven on a cold winters night—- a long description I know but the scents hit just right, delicious, tantalising and laced with nostalgia that you can’t quite place. The sample bottles are also perfectly presented: glass, with the labels properly marked so they don’t fade out over time. I would recommend this set not only because of its incredibly profile and presentation, but also excellent value for money.
