We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders.
Please note: our perfumes are ethanol-based and cannot travel by air. For this reason, we’re currently unable to offer Express Post within Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the workload Australia Post is experiencing at the time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
A gentle reminder: country-specific duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Customs clearance is also the customer’s responsibility. If your parcel is returned to us due to incomplete customs procedures, a refund may be processed minus the actual shipping and packaging costs, including cases where your order originally qualified for free or discounted shipping.
If, for any reason — such as changes in regulations or unforeseen logistical issues - we’re unable to ship your order, we’ll be in touch promptly and issue a full refund.

In most cases, your order will be sent out within 1–2 business days. If there's a delay or we need more information from you, we’ll get in touch using the contact details provided at checkout.
If our small team is on a short break or away, a notice is likely to be displayed on the website — in such cases, please allow a little extra time for your parcel to be dispatched.
Kindly double-check your shipping address and contact information before placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
For international orders, we strongly recommend providing a mobile phone number. This helps ensure you receive delivery notifications via SMS and allows courier services to contact you directly if needed.
While we do our best to pack and send your items with care, we can’t take responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
